Workers Changing with the Removal of the Stamp

As we enter a society that is unexpectedly moving away from the “stamp” that has been essential for paperwork, I would like to think about the future considerations for “gender,” “age,” and “photo” that have been required on resumes. If you have been working for a company for several years, you will probably find yourself thinking about changing jobs every time a problem or issue arises, even if it is only once or twice. There is a lot of speculation that in a society that is moving away from the use of a stamp, more and more people will think about getting a divorce to free themselves from the hassle of having to stamp on paper documents and applications for procedures. If you don’t have to attach your gender, age, photo, etc. to your resume, will you be welcomed with open arms and opportunities to change careers?
